Family Constellations is a systemic group process that unfolds within the Knowing Field, a shared space where hidden family and relational dynamics can be revealed. Through this work, long-standing patterns, unspoken loyalties, and inherited burdens can be brought to light, creating space for release, reconciliation, and new pathways forward. In this 5-hour circle, participants take turns exploring their constellation while others step in as representatives: a role that is often just as powerful as having your own piece held. Many people attend alone, finding deep resonance in witnessing and participating in others’ constellations.
