Laura is a multi-modality practitioner specializing in intuitive somatic bodywork, reiki, craniosacral and pranic healing as well as end of life support as a certified death doula. 

Laura’s approach is rooted in spiritual and energetic practices and guided by intuitive insights to help unlock the emotional memory patterns stored in the body. 

Her practice aims not only to alleviate stagnation and trauma but also to empower clients to connect with their inner wisdom and inherent abilities. By fostering connection, meaning, purpose, and self-transcendence, Laura enhances overall well-being, guiding individuals on their journey to holistic health.

Light & Energy Balancing sessions may be booked independently or in combination.
